Canopy:
The canopy system shall consist completely of a galvalume roll form pan and steel rectangular tubing runners. Column and beam assemblies shall be a pre-welded tubing with a powder coat finish. The roof decking shall have a minimum thickness of 26 Ga. The design load, when assembled shall be capable of supporting a uniform load of 30 pounds per sq. ft. and shall be able to withstand a wind load up to 146 mph as required by location. The assembly shall conform to the requirements of Standard Building Code, Florida Building Code 2007 and have a Florida Product Approval. All components shall be modular in design so that heavy equipment would not be required for assembly.

Walkway: The walkway system shall consist of fiberglass SAFPLANK® decking.    The walkway or pad shall be capable of supporting a uniform load of 100 pounds per square foot. It shall have a non-skid surface. It shall comply with local building codes and be adjustable to various site conditions. The walkway or pad shall meet all ADA requirements with effect upon canopy elevation. When the walkway is used in combination with the canopy system, the two systems must be adjustable independently of one another. All components shall be modular in design so that heavy equipment would not be required for assembly.

Hand Rail: The hand rail system shall consist completely of tubular steel. In keeping with the modular theme, it shall be engineered and designed with a telescopic mechanical function so as to field adjust to all possible lengths and heights.

Earth Anchor: The earth anchoring system shall be a Duckbill anchor capable of functionality in a total range of soil types. The anchor body shall be driven to a minimum depth of 42 inches. Once the anchor body is placed at the proper depth, a backward pull on the anchor shall rotate the anchor body until it is perpendicular to the proof load mechanism. The proof load mechanism shall consist of a threaded rod and nut assembly. The anchor holding power shall not be less than 5000 lbs. in normal soil types. Proof loading shall be performed insuring that the anchor is properly set.
