Design Considerations

The design for APC was a fast-track process.  This 50,000 square foot office/warehouse facility required the production of the design, plans and specifications within a one month period while site preparation was underway.  In just 5 months the project proceeded from design, to bid awarded and built, while allowing for the client to market the facilities space to prospective tenants.
