Calvary Summer Program is about to begin and we are all excited about this year's plan. The camp is divided into sessions of learning, fun and fellowship. We plan to offer the most exciting program for a very reasonable rate. There will be two 4 week sessions at $340.00 per session, per child. The first session begins June 30th and continues to July 25th. The second session begins July 28th and continues to August 22nd. The cost for the ninth and final week August 25th to August 29th is $85.00.

Our campers health, safety and well being are our top priority. They will enjoy weekly trips at an additional costs, free lunches and special indoor/outdoor events. For each trip, your child will be required to wear the approved summer camp T-shirt for identification. If your child does not own a summer camp T-shirt from last year, one will be available on June 30th for $10.00.

Our creative and cultural activities will benefit all our campers and our planned academic programs will get them ready for the upcoming school year. Our competent teaching staff will be in charge of this great learning experience for your child/children.

To register, please complete the Calvary Summer Program 2008 Registration Form attached and return it to us by June 9th 2008 with the registration fee ($25.00) for each child. We look forward to having your precious ones join us as participants in this wonderful experience. Thank you.

Please download the Application, Liability Release Form and Medical Form. All three must be completed for each child. You may also pick up a copy of these forms at the church. These forms must be submitted by June 23rd. You can fax the completed forms to 516-292-2821 or mail them to:

Note:
-All forms must be received with registration fee by June 9th, 2008.
-Session fees must be paid at the beginning of each session (June 30th and July 28th).
-Because of the nominal fee charged, Bus Trips and T-Shirts will be an additional cost.
-Please pick up a Liability Release Form and a Medical Form from the church office , to be completed for your child and submitted by June 23rd, 2008.
