Ordering
All orders will be processed as quickly as possible. Credit cards will be authorized on order and properly charged on shipment. Please Call 815-727-2223 if you are inquiring about an existing order.
Shipping
The rates shown are for regular UPS Ground Service, originating from our Illinois distribution center and shipped within the United States. Team orders, multiple box shipments, oversized packages (or unique dimensions) and invoices greater than $750.00 are additional. Next day air and 2-Day air charges are in addition to our normal rates. When placing a time sensitive order, please call to confirm that your order is being expedited. All Next day air or 2-Day air orders please call 815-727-2223 to confirm availability and freight costs. To expedite an order we may ship directly from our factories at an additional charge.

Terms of Payment
We accept VISA, MASTERCASD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept checks and money orders, please call for details. We cannot begin custom orders without a deposit. Net terms are available upon credit approval.
 Embroidery and Decoration Options
Allow a minimum of seven working days for embroidery.
• Setup/digitizing of a logo is approximately $60-$125
• 10,000 plus stitches please call for a quote
• Application $4-6 per piece, up to 10,000 stitches. Please add .35 for additional 1,000 stictches.
• Edits to existing logos $35
EMBROIDERY DISKS AND LOGOS - We cannot provide copies of embroidery discs. Viking Sports does not own the discs. The one time fee paid by your organization to set up your logo is a charge to digitize your logo so it may be used for embroidery applications. This service to performed by an independent organization.
Screen Printing
We can screen up to 4 colors. New screen setup $20 per screen/color Screen re-order $8 per color. Application $.75-$4 (Depends on quantity and number of colors)

Commitment to Service
Viking Sports makes every effort to deliver your order quickly when needed. We do not hold orders unneccessarily. Once we receive the goods from our manufacturer/suppliers, we ship your order the same day. If your order requires decorating, numbering or special detailing, three to six weeks is required to process your custom order.
If rush freight or rush service (i.e. embroidery, numbering, etc.) is required to get your order to you within a certain time frame there may be additional charges.
Returns for Repair/Claims
Call customer service at 815-727-2223 for a return authorization number if you need to return any item. By law, items must be clean. Soiled or smelly items will be returned to the customer without being processed. When we receive items that are torn, Viking Sports must return them to the factory to determine the length of wear and usage. Please allow for appropriate time for your return.
Our Guarantee
We sell the highest quality products and describe them with the manufacturers specifications. We use these items ourselves and if you are not fully satisfied with your merchadise, you may request a refund. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, send back the merchandise in question with proof of purchase. We will inspect the item and make an exchange or refund. For non-defective items or items ordered incorrectly, our restocking fee is 15%.
