Our Sunday brunch features the chef's carving station with Baked Ham, roast Pork Loin, Smoked Turkey Breast, and Chapps' specialty slow-roasted Prime Rib and breakfast selections including fresh Belgian waffles, made-to-order omelets, juicy sausage, and crisp bacon. In addition we have a variety of fish, pasta, chicken and beef dishes, such as our zesty Lemon Pepper chicken and our delicious Barbeque Beef Tips. Our salad table is loaded with crisp veggies, dressings and rolls and last, but not least, the dessert table is laden with a sweet array of gourmet pies and cakes such as our mouth-watering triple chocolate cake and our freshly baked Lemon Crumb Pie. |
