Design Considerations
The clients program included an adaptive reuse of the existing structure, while totally redesigning the exterior and interior. The previous American Sports Bar and Grill theme was transformed into a Greek Restaurant with full bar. Considerations included incorporating the Concord River that runs just to the side of the structure with patios and porches, adding to the desired atmosphere. Other considerations including raising the entire floor of the restaurant due to the properties flood plain status.
