DESIGN CONSIDERATIONS

The client, owning and existing car dealership, wanted to demolish the existing structure and rebuild a Lexus franchise on the existing site.  Considerations in the design included a small lot to which building size and parking lot size were carefully designed.  Also, a high level of showcase visibility in multiple directions was carefully orchestrated in the design.
