Giant Weir Automall proposed adding a third automotive line to an existing two-line facility, with upgrades to the aesthetics of the dealership and improving the internal functionality of the service department. The existing facility proposed to be converted in to an automall with one service departmentcommon to all three automotive lines. This automall is one of the first in the country to combine Dodge, Chrysler, Plymouth, Jeep, and Eagle automotive lines. A large elevated showcase plaza was also designed to improve visibility from the main thoroughfare.
