Frost Motors was proposed on a small site adjacent to the Massachusetts Turnpike. The solution was to construct an automotive sales facility for maximum visibility to the turnpike while responding to various site features such as railroad tracks. The design called for the 32,000 square foot building to extend over the existing railroad tracks. With an elevated showroom, the building carries a subterranean parking area as well as a roof parking area with a service elevator accessing all floors.
