The clients program for 54 Middlesex Turnpike includes a 25,000 square foot professional office building on a sloped site for maximum visibility to the street. The building features a design that allows maximum spatial flexibility to each tenant. Occupancy can range from one to ten tenants without disrupting accessibility throughout the building due to a centrally located egress design. The design also features light wells, allowing natural light to penetrate into the basement spaces. Ample parking is provided in the front and rear of the building with adjoining courtyards.
