Worlds Largest Mine Closure Project Industrial Website is in the final stages of its decommissioning project for PHB Copper, Inc. This project has been identified as the world’s largest mine closure of its kind. The mine is located in San Juan, AZ and the operating facility encompasses 650 acres. Industrial Website started the project in August 2002 and will complete the project this summer.
