|  In 1982 Marco Ramos came to Seattle, Washington from Mexico City to work for his cousin Pepe Ramos and Pepe's brothers in their family restaurant. Marco started as a dishwasher and quickly learned the challenging trade of owning and operating a successful restaurant business.
In 1997 Marco began his own enterprise with a small restaurant in Yreka California called Casa Ramos. The Casa Ramos name stands for the "House of Ramos" where all are welcome to enjoy the warm hospitality of Marco Ramos and his family. The popularity of this little place took off fast and furious forcing Marco to move to a much larger and more accomodating location in Yreka. Many of Marco's customers strongly suggested he expand his operation.
Soon after, he opened his second restaurant in Mt. Shasta. He continued to open new locations including Redding, Red Bluff, Corning, Chico, Medford(Oregon), Willows, Placerville, and soon will be open in Anderson. You'll find many of Marco's family members involved in various operations of the business, keeping it personable and caring.
All of our restaurants serve delicious, authentic Mexican cuisine.
Many of our dishes are from the Ramos family collection. In addition to the traditional fare, we have heart-healthy dishes,vegetarian dishes, and a fun childrens menu. You'll find wonderful food, warm hospitality, and a festive atmosphere at every one of our Casa Ramos locations.
