The Whitten Inn University was originally built as a Holiday Inn in 1978. We purchased the property in June of 2002. The property was immediately turned inside out. Clean, clean is our motto. The property has a great off ramp to I-20 and in the near future the new Super Wal-Mart will be built right across the street.
