Framing Not only do we offer a vast array of mat and frame options, but also our in-house framer and artist, Lynn Yoder, can help you in selecting complementary combinations of mat colors and frame style to ensure your photo, painting, poster, sketch or cross stitch is displayed for maximum impact! We stock a wide selection of mats and have an even larger selection available upon request. Moulding styles for frames are equally well stocked with a diversity of options, and the glass to finish your piece is available in conservation, non-glare or regular style.
Mounting/Stretched Canvas If you'd like your art mounted on foam board for framing, our heat-free press with sheet adhesive ensures a tight bond with a flat, smooth face. This process works very well for cross stitch pieces, as well; the pressing process flattens the fabric tight against the foam board , removing any wrinkles and giving your cross stitch a tight, finished look. In addition to conventional framing, you can bring your canvas prints or paintings in and have them mounted on a stretcher frame, or we can mount your paper prints on our special composite board and apply a textured craquelure faux finish for a canvas look without the cost!
Artist Studio Right next to our framing department is the working studio of our artist in residence, oil painter Lynn Yoder. The studio is open to our customers, where you can see (and purchase) many of Lynn's original oil paintings and giclée prints; also, he is often in the studio, painting, when he's not kept busy framing. Visit his website for more details, and pictures of all his works.
