“Angels On Course,” The Weber Foundation of Helping Hands 3rd Annual Golf Outing & Dinner was held on Sunday, September 14, 2003 at the Atlantic Country Club in Plymouth, Masschusetts. Approximately 200 participants enjoyed some great weather for a golf scramble and helped the foundation to raise nearly $40,000. Thanks go out to all of our volunteers and a Special Thank You to Lisa and Doug Auclair for organizing and hosting the event. Grants were given to Alysia A. Kattany, ($4,000) a 23 year old woman from Marlboro, MA who was diagnosed with an extremely rare cancerous tumor at the base of her brain, and to Joseph Jones, ($6,000) a 27 year old man from Nantucket, MA who was diagnosed with acute lymphobast leukemia. |
