Owner/Outfitter: Chuck Ellingson

Founder and owner of The Watson Hunting Camp, Chuck Ellingson has grown up in western, Mn and has been hunting the Lac Qui Parle area with his dad since he was able to carry a gun.  Recently as Chuck's grandparents passed away several years ago, Chuck took over their farm which was located on the north side of the Lac Qui Parle Refuge.  Chuck also made a significant purchase of land inside the refuge boundaries where his new lodge now sits on top of the north hill overlooking the Lac Qui Parle Refuge.
