Q: What is your return policy?

A: All products may be returned within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be received in their original condition for a full refund. Gift certificates and used, rare or out of print books are not refundable.

Q: How do I search your website?

A: You may search for an author, ISBN # or Title by utilizing the search feature on the top right of the home page. This function can also be used to find a musical group or comic book title.

Q: How do I browse your website?

A: You can browse the whole web site by using the buttons on the left side of the page.
i.e. Browse Books, Music, Collectibles.

Q: Why are certain words coming up in a green color?

A: These words are links that will lead you to another page or more information about the product.

Q: How can we contact you?

A: Go to Contact Us  for telephone and email information. 

Q: Is your Quality Control Cat Mr. Dickens available at the store? 

A: Sorry, Dickens is now only available in spirit.

Q: Can I order books through your store?

A: Yes, we will research and order your book for a $5.00 fee (per book) plus the cost of the book & Shipping fees.

Q: Do you have all your books listed on your web site?

A: No, our store contains many items that we do not have on the web.
We also have over 2000 of our collectible books listed on Biblio.com

Q: Do I have to order the collectible books through Biblio?

A: No you can order our Biblio books directly through us.
