It consists of a series of gentle movements, done with concentration, in the same order as it works on the physical, energetic and mental centers. A fresh new look for an ancient practice. The design is black with the symbol for the yin & yang in the middle, the chinese characters for "T'ai Chi" above, and a male and female figure on either side. On the back there is a smaller version of the same design. Wear it while you pratice, exercise or meditate.
