MISSION STATEMENT:

USA will provide affordable urban and suburban homeownership opportunities for lower income families in Hartford County consisting of: Avon, Berlin, Bloomfield, Bristol, Burlington, Canton, Collinsville, East Granby, East Hartford, East Windsor, Enfield, Farmington, Glastonbury, Granby, Hartford, Manchester, Marlborough, New Britain, Plainville, Simsbury, South Windsor, Southington, Suffield, Unionville, West Hartford, Wethersfield, Windsor, and Windsor Locks.  These families which have previously been “locked out” will be given the opportunity for homeownership and rental units with fewer complications and less risk while acquiring well-maintained attractive homes.
