Guidelines for Deer Processing
Skinning Hours: Mon. -Fri. 8:30am- 4:30pm, Sat. 8:30am- 3:30pm (Call before coming) Drop Off Hours: Mon. -Fri. 8:30-am- 6:00pm, Sat. 8:30am- 5:00pm
Cost for Average Whole Deer: $60.00/$65.00 Skinning Fee: $50.00 Drop Off Procedure: ALL DEER MUST BE DROPPED OFF AND PICKED UP AT THE BACK LOADING DOCK. PLEASE DO NOT BRING IN RETAIL. DEER MUST BE IN COOLER AND ON ICE (IF NOT ICED WILL BE A $2.00 ICE FEE) BEFORE DROP OFF YOU WILL NEED TO COME INSIDE AND FILL OUT A INVOICE ON YOUR DEER. WE WILL NEED YOUR NAME, TAG NUMBER, COOLER COLOR, RELIABLE PHONE NUMBER, OWNERS ADDRESS, DATE HARVESTED, HUNTING LICENSE OR EXEMPTION TYPE, AND ALSO A DESCRIPTION OF HOW YOU WANT YOUR DEER PROCESSED. ANY ANIMAL BROUGHT OVER STATE LINES MUST BE DE-BONED IN ORDER TO BE PROCESSED. WE WILL GIVE YOU A PINK TICKET WITH A NUMBER MATCHING ON A YELLOW TICKET THAT WE WILL PUT ON YOUR COOLER. PLEASE KEEP PINK TICKET , THIS IS HOW WE IDENTIFY YOUR COOLER. YOU HAVE 5 DAYS UPON RECEIVING A CALL FROM US FOR YOU TO COME PICK UP YOUR DEER, OR IT WILL BE GIVEN TO THE URBAN MINISTRIES AS A DONATION.
