We can contribute our longevity, first class quality and respectable reputation to limiting the number of concurrent projects we undertook and our focus on the immediate region in and around the Black Hills.

            Because of our commitment to quality, we may be unable to meet your intended construction schedule, or your project may fall outside of our primary building region. In either case, we respect your timeline, value you as a customer, and now offer log home packages for independent construction. We have a variety of packages including building materials, a detailed construction manual, construction plans, and direct consultation to you and/or your contractor to ensure your project goes smoothly and that you receive the quality of home we have built our reputation on.
