     Our goal is to make this process as easy as possible,  that our client not have to jump through hoops they did not anticipate.  To that end, over 20 years ago we developed a system of cost break down schedules for our homes.  When the architectural plans are complete, the numbers are solid for the date and time the plans are complete.  As long as there are no changes requested by the client or significant delays in projected construction start date, the pricing will not change.     

     Lending institutions refer to this as sworn construction statements.  These schedules tell everyone who is going to do what, how much it is going to cost, and when it is going to be done.
