Our experience has been that it is always better to have us coordinate the work done by the client's subcontractors if that is the route they chose, unless that client is very experienced in the industry.  Primarily because in 2, 3, 5, or 10 years from now, if a challenge arises with the home, the client is able to come back to us for  resolution rather than trying to track down subcontractors who may or may not still be in business.  

     If the client chooses to let us do all the work we require no subcontractors.  We have the means and ability to do it all ourselves.  Occasionally, there are situations that require we hire subcontractors, but if that arises we utilize only established companies that we trust.  Ultimately all responsibility lies with us if the client ever has a question or concern.

We prefer this route because with our experience and expertise, we can often save the client time, money and lots of frustration. Building your dream home should be fun!
