Cycling Classes
Our cycling program is designed to totally immerse you in an exciting, dynamic workout.">jEveryone is welcome from beginners to advanced individuals. Timberhill has provided our members with the latest in indoor cycling equipmentthe X-Bike. This bike allows us to maximize the cardiovascular workout while at the same time improving core strength. Our top-notch cycling instructors have been trained to lead you in you a safe and challenging workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized. All classes run approximately 40-45 minutes including warm up and stretch. See the schedule for class times. | |
