Cycling Classes
Our cycling program is designed to totally immerse you in an exciting, dynamic workout.

Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced individuals.  Timberhill has provided our members with the latest in indoor cycling equipment—the X-Bike.  This bike allows us to maximize the cardiovascular workout while at the same time improving core strength.  Our top-notch cycling instructors have been trained to lead you in you a safe and challenging workout that will leave you feeling refreshed and energized.  
All classes run approximately 40-45 minutes including warm up and stretch.
