Children thrive on routines. Predictability in our life is something that keeps us grounded. The Kids' Playroom consists of staff that are committed to providing a safe and clean environment for your children.

There is a nominal charge and a one hour minimum in the Kids' Playroom; reservations are not necessary. Our check-in/check-out procedures give you assurance that your child is safe while you are working out.

Many parents are able to get into a regular club routine because of the positive experience their kids have with other kids in the Playroom. It's fun! When your kids are having fun...you are able to focus on taking care of yourself...something that many parents struggle to find the time for.
In the Kids' Playroom, your child will be cared for by a qualified and experienced supervisor. All playroom attendants are CPR certified. The infant area includes baby swings and cribs and age appropriate toys to keep the little ones entertained while mom and dad practice a little self-nurturing. Older kids enjoy play time with dress-up, kitchen play, puzzles, games, toys and coloring activities. Weather permitting, the outdoor play structure offers a multitude of opportunities for imaginative and large motor skills play time.

When your child arrives in the Playroom, you will be asked to complete an information form if we do not have one on file. All children are checked in and out ONLY by authorized adults. New Playroom families will receive a "Welcome to the Playroom" brochure which covers our illness policy and other guidelines. For the health of children and staff, all children are required to wash their hands when they arrive at the Playroom.
The biggest FUN factor in the playroom is the other KIDS! The Kids' Playroom serves children from infants through eight year olds. The morning hours are usually busy with baby and toddler age kids, while after school and evening attendance tends to be older kids. Find a time that works for you and get your child into the routine of fun at the Playroom. Once your child turns eight they are eligible to be included on your family membership and start participating in other activities at the club.
