Nutrition
Sarah E Weber, R.D.
Functional Coach; Daring to bring reality into Nutrition and Exercise
I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and Biomechanics, with an advanced degree in Dietetics.  What’s a dietitian?  Two or more years of nutritional studies followed by an intense year long internship at variable sites with experience in clinical, community, food service, counseling, and managerial nutrition.  I have owned my own business as a Personal trainer and Pilates/ Yoga instructor and worked with all ages and groups.  I specialized in rehabilitation and sports conditioning.  Now I mix both nutrition and exercise aimed to make holistic lifestyle changes that are personalized and maintainable!
I love being active- especially when it’s outside!  I currently do triathlons (swimming, biking, and running) and long distance running, as well as have a history of doing hiking, rock climbing, ballet, and gardening.
Let me work with you to help you reach your goals, enjoy life, live and feel better in your body!
Call me at 729-0451 or send an e-mail if you want to set up an appointment or get more information.
