Family.................Includes parent(s) and all dependant children under the age of 23
Couple................Includes a married couple, domestic partner, or one parent and one child
Single..................Includes one individual
Student...............Includes one full-time student w/ valid school ID
Full Club..............Complete use of facilities
Health Club..........Complete use of facilities excluding racquetball courts and gym
Daytime Use.........Choose between Full or Health Club use, limited hours
M-F 5 am- 4 pm and all weekend hours
Monthly Temp......Complete use of facilities for short term
Therapy...............Complete use of facilities with written doctor or therapist referral
Affiliations: All members receive the added benefit of reciprocal club use at all FitLife clubs in the northwest. Traveling for work or vacation? As a member of TAC, you have FREE access to over sixty clubs in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana; all the same qualities that you experience at TAC. Simply ask about our Fitness to Go program, and stay active and healthy when you're on the road and off you routine.

The monthly dues rate is based on electronic funds transfer from your checking account or bank card which we transmit on the 15th of each month. An authorization form is required to set up the automatic payment plan. If you elect to pay manually, dues are $6.00 more per month. |
