What to expect when you call:
-We will want to know a few details about your materials like age, condition, cleanliness, size, and brand.
-By calling first we will be able to prepare a space in our store for your donation and also have the right amount of staff on hand to unload your donation.
-By calling first you save time & energy--sometimes we temporarily stop accepting certain donations based on our current inventory
-Never drop off a donation outside the building or on the loading dock without prior arrangements.
-We reserve the right to refuse any donation, regardless of any previous discussion,
once we are able to inspect it in person.

| Donation Examples: |
- Cabinets (in good condition and complete; especially full kitchens)
- Doors
- Architecturally significant built-ins, trim, millwork, sinks, tubs, wood flooring
- Hardware, light fixtures or antiques, as long as they are building or related materials
- Surplus (new) building materials, especially in quantity
- Leaded and/or stained glass
- Windows, especially insulated and quantities of same sizes
- Tile, marble, stone

For a Suggested Donation of $50.00 we can pick up your materials.
This suggested donation as well as the value of the donated materials are 100% tax deductible. |
