Lynn Home Renovation Update

In the spring of 2009, the Lynn Home will undergo a substantial redesign and renovation, adding seven efficienty apartments and five additional rooms. Most rooms will have a private bath. Each floor will have its own utility kitchen and laundry, in addition to the large living/dining area and commercial kitchen on the main floor. Rents will remain affordable. The first phase of the renovation will be ready for occupancy in the spring of 2010.
