A: Yes, but by APPOINTMENT ONLY.  Please call us at: (607)565-1885 to schedule an appointment.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the size and weight of pinball machines, all sales are final.  However, we do accept trade-ins.

Q: Do I have to provide my e-mail address for your 'FREE Pinball Machine Locator Service'?
A: YES!  If you do not leave your e-mail address, we have no way of contacting you once we have found the Pinball Machine you are looking for.  We will not search for your machine if an e-mail address is not provided.
