Residential Listing Submission Instructions 

Fill out the form below to submit your listing for the "Homes for Sale" Section.  If an item does not apply, enter Not Applicable or just N/A.  Only use the Description field if yours is a For Sale By Owner listing; otherwise, the description contained in your realtor's listing will apply.   

When you've completed the form, click on the "Submit" button.  This will send your listing via email to the Webmaster.  If there is a problem with your listing, the Webmaster or another member of The Falls Website Committee will contact you.  Otherwise, your listing should appear on the website within 48 hours.  See below for additional information and requirements.

Additional Information and Requirements:

  1. All listing submissions are subject to approval of The Falls Website Committee.  The Committee may, at its discretion, make minor changes to your listing such as correction of obvious spelling or punctuation errors.

  2. There is no limit to how long your listing may remain on the website.  Should you wish to reduce the asking price or make other changes to your listing, submit a revised listing.  Be sure to indicate at the top of the Description text field that you are revising an existing listing.

  3. Notify the Webmaster as soon as your home has sold (escrow closed) so that the listing can be removed.

  4. Your listing will include one photograph.  The photo will be a copy of the main photo shown on your realtor's listing.  If yours is a For Sale By Owner listing, contact the Webmaster so that arrangements can be made to obtain a suitable photo for your listing.

  5. If, after clicking the "Submit" button, you believe your submission contains, or may contain, an error, resubmit the listing promptly with the notation "Resubmission" at the top of the Description text field.

  6. Contact the Webmaster should you have questions concerning any aspect of the "Homes for Sale" feature.  You may use the submission form for this purpose.  Enter your question in the Description text field.  Be sure to enter your name and contact information.  Similarly, you may use the submission form to request removal of your listing.
