THE CLUBHOUSE: Our beautiful 6,000 square foot clubhouse is the pride and joy of The Falls residents. This ultra-modern center is the hub of our social activities and the gathering place for our many committee and business meetings throughout the year. Click the photo to the left to see the wonderful amenities afforded by this luxurious facility. Many of our homeowners voluntarily perform nightly security checks of the clubhouse for one week each year. The security check is made every night of the year - no exceptions. NEWSLETTER: The Falls newsletter is published monthly by our Communications Committee. It contains a great variety of information relevant to the community’s many clubs and social activities as well as its working committees and business matters. INTERACTIVE CALENDAR: Click the image on the left to view our "interactive" calendar. This feature rich calendar shows the dates, times and other pertinent information for our regularly scheduled activities as well as for the many parties, dinners, meetings and special events that take place throughout the year. The calendar's default view is the current month; however, day, week, year and special "list" views are available. This calendar can be updated "on the fly" at any time and has room for plenty of information on any activity or event. |

PHOTO GALLERY: The Falls is truly an "Active Adult" community. A glance at our calendar (see above) shows what a busy lot we are. In addition to many regularly scheduled indoor and outdoor activities, we have a variety of parties, dinners and special events throughout the year. Also, many of us serve on committees, help maintain the clubhouse and common areas and perform community service work. WEATHER: Central Oregon’s climate is typical of western U.S. high desert areas. Summertime highs average 85 deg. F with nightime lows averaging 44 deg. F. Winter highs average in the 40s with lows in the 20s. Annual precipitation ranges from 8.5” to 14.0”. Every community in Central Oregon has its own variations of temperature and precipitation based on its elevation and proximity to the Cascade Range.
