With the purchase of small old fashoned grain elevator in Kaneville, Illinois, we now have the capacity to clean and store all the grains and oilseeds produced on our farm. Sales of Certified Seed and custom cleaning of grains will add a separate income for the farm. All of the products offered are raised according to the strict standards put forth by the USDA and certified through Indiana Certified Organic and Illinois Crop Improvement. No chemical fertilizers or pesticides are used, only natural and home-grown soil amendments.
Our line, right now, consists of whole kernel grains of Wheat, Barley, Oats, Buckwheat, Rye, Corrn, Soybeans, and Seed from most of these grains. From these grains we also make a variety of whole grain flours and meals to meet your cooking and baking needs.
