The Southeast Wisconsin Homeland Security Partnership, Inc. has created various working groups in an effort to strengthen our region's infrastructure. Each of the working groups has specific objectives, which are listed below. Working groups consist of several individuals from the general membership, and are chaired by a director of the board. Establishing a model for creating a credentialing process whereby critical employees are preauthorized with local emergency personnel for entrance into their respective facilities after a crisis and it has been deemed safe to do so. Emergency Egress (egress@swhsp.com)
Developing tools/plans to assist area businesses in evacuation route planning and logistics, as well as a process to account for employees during evacuation. Pandemic Flu (pandemic@swhsp.com)
Working with the public health departments/private health industries in identifying tasks to perform to assist private companies in being proactive in reducing the threat of a pandemic to each of their companies. Public/Private Exercises (exercises@swhsp.com)
Work with and assist the public sector in coordinating participation in public/private exercises.
