 KATHLEEN SULLIVAN
Kathleen joined Staff Right Services in January 2006 as Staffing Manager for the Professional Services division. She works from the Boardman office, bringing over 20 years experience in staffing and human resources, and has worked in a broad range of capacities, including recruiter, manager, coach, and consultant.
She held positions as Senior Recruiter and Supervisor for Dell Computer Corporation in Austin, Texas where she lead staffing teams and recruited for hardware and software engineers, managers, and marketing professionals. She also contributed to the successful staffing efforts of the state-of-the-art manufacturing and distribution facilities that produce Dell desktop computers. Through her work, Kathleen gained skills in handling employee relations, compensation, management training, and employee retention. Prior to Dell, Kathleen worked as a Recruiting Consultant for a diverse customer base in Columbus, Ohio, Washington, DC, and Little Rock, Arkansas. She provided staffing, interviewing, and human resource services for clients ranging from retail, financial, technological, and government disciplines.
Kathleen graduated from Youngstown State University, earning a double major degree in Psychology and Biology. She pursued additional studies in Communication Arts at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio.
Besides enjoying sports and music, Kathleen loves spending time with her family and friends.
