Just add water (hot or cold but hot is best), stir, allow to sit about 10 minutes, stir again and enjoy a delicious and nutritious meal. The Freeze Dry process does not change the texture, taste or aroma and does not remove the nutrition value as conventional canning does. Shelf life is seven years from date of manufacture.
