- Water panels for your humidifiers need to be changed yearly and preferably at the beginning of the season. If you do not change your water panel, it begins falling apart, can clog the drain line and now you have a water issue!! This can result in an emergency call.
- Your "change filter" light on your thermostat is on a timer. It does not measure how dirty the filter is to tell you when it needs changed.
- If you just replaced your thermostat recently and suddenly you don't have any heat or air conditioning, this happens all the time. People try to install their own thermostat and it results in paying for a service call or even emergency service. Avoid the added expense and have our trained technicians install it.

A: Your humidifier!! It is absolutely necessary to keep up on your yearly maintenance for it to avoid problems. The water panel needs to be replaced every fall at the beginning of the season.
