| Hosting services Access to the IBM Power Systems is provided free of charge.Educational institutions may apply to IBM for access to the host systems. Working closely with IBM, SEAL manages and provides services on the most current systems platforms and maintains the application base allowing institutions access and customization upon request. We also provide limited training to both the experienced and persons new to the platform through online sessions. What services do we offerSEAL maintains the environments for each institution connecting to the center. Backups are performed on a regular basis and recovery of objects is available on request to SEAL. Help desk services are available for institution faculty, administrators and local IT support operators. For assistance in network, application, or system connection issues please contact the SEAL Help Desk.
