HUB Orientation Session

Please make sure that you contact IBM to receive the required documents to access the HUB system prior to attending this orientation session.

Test your connectivity

  1. Make sure you have downloaded the most current version of Java to the system you will be using during the Orientation session. To do this, go to www.java.com and select the blue Free Java Download button.
  2. Once you complete step 1, you will access a test Sametime meeting. Go to the SEAL Calendar and select the Test Meeting link in the left hand navigation column. Follow the instructions presented to you in the browser.
    •   If you have difficulty accessing the Test meeting send an email to  the SEAL Helpdesk indicating the error message(s) you received.
