The Town of Roxbury has completed the 2007 Grand List revaluation of all Real Estate. The Board of Assessment Appeals has completed their hearings. Fifty-two (52) property owners appealed seventy-two (72) properties. Thirty-one (31) appeals resulted in adjustments.
