Warranty Policy The Rope-A-Boat Automatic Boat Loader System is warranted to the original purchaser or recipient against manufacturer's defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and conditions, as determined by Rope-A-Boat, Inc., for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, Rope-A-Boat, Inc. will repair and/or replace your defective parts, or issue a refund. Appropriate solution will be determined solely by Rope-A-Boat, Inc. on a case-by-case basis. The warranty of any electrical equipment (i.e. electric winch), does NOT apply to batteries, or damage incurred through misuse, abuse, mishandling, negligence, accident, tampering, unauthorized repair or use in violation of the operating instructions. An example of conditions NOT covered by this warranty include breaking the case, breaking the clip, breaking the liquid crystal display (LCD), or getting the unit wet. Units with this type of damage WILL NOT be repaired, exchanged or receive a refund. In the event that you discover a warranted defect, please contact Rope-A-Boat, Inc.
