How can we realistically sell for less? Well, firstly, I own my showroom outright with no mortgage or lease payments. I own all my inventory outright with no bank loans. And, I only buy at distress or below dealer wholesale prices. Manufacturers have sales, wholesalers retire, private owners need cash. These are all buying opportunities.
