| The R.J. Kelly Company is proud to announce the leasing of 6,400 SF of office/flex space at 99 South Bedford Street, Burlington, to Rebecca’s Café, a division of Bewley’s of Ireland. John McLaughlin, of McLaughlin Investments represented Rebecca’s Café. Brandon Kelly represented the R.J. Kelly Company.
CEO, Greg Bradley, spearheaded the site search. Rebecca’s Café plans to relocate their Corporate Headquarters from 51 Melcher Street in Boston to 99 South Bedford Street. In addition to the corporate offices, Rebecca’s Café is constructing a new state-of-the-art bakery at the site.
Upon completion of an extensive site search from Woburn to Waltham, Mr. Bradley concluded 99 South Bedford Street provided a centralized location for office employees and commissary distribution.
Rebecca’s Café was founded in 1987 and has repeatedly been named “Number One Corporate Caterer” in Boston by Lawyer’s Weekly. They have set the standard for creative, affordable corporate and special event catering in Boston and Chicago markets. Currently Rebecca’s café has 49 locations in Boston, 6 locations in Chicago and is expanding into the west coast market with the recent acquisition of Java City Coffee. |
