Insurance Payments The Health Center Participates with the following insurances. All co-payments are expected at time of services. If your insurance carrier is not listed, payment is expected at time of service. As a courtesy, we will be happy to bill your insurance .
For self pay balances, we offer a Sliding Fee Program which pays all or a portion of your medical and dental bills. Eligibility is based on income. We have an onsite enroller for Child Health Plus and Family Health Plus and Managed Medicaid programs.
