The Pulaski Health Center is open 7 days a week. When calling to schedule an appointment, please state the purpose of the appointment clearly to allow for the appropriate amount of time to be scheduled. If you need to schedule an emergency appointment, there are a number of daily slots reserved for this purpose.

Please be considerate to fellow patients and when necessary cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance.  

The office and phone lines for medical services are open one half hour before appointment hours and our reception staff handles all of our calls. If you need to speak directly to a provider, one will return your call when time permits. Please be patient, all of our providers are very busy during office hours.
