Patient's Rights

Complain without fears of reprisals about the care and services you receive and to have the center respond to you and if you request it, a written response. If you are not satisfied with the center's response, you can complain to the NYS Health Department at 477-8592 or the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations at
1-800-994-6610 or email them at complaint@jointcommission.org.

Since 1975, when Pulaski Health Center first opened our doors to patients, our family oriented health care practice has provided Northern Oswego and Southern Jefferson County residents with timely and efficient general health care and related services.

Northern Oswego County Health Services, Inc. (NOCHSI) is a Private, Not-for-Profit Corporation partially federally funded that operates Pulaski Health Center. it is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors from area communities .

The Pulaski Health Center accepts most medical insurance plans, and has affordable rates and flexible payment plans for individuals without health insurance. While some clinics are only open to registered patients, all patients are welcome to schedule an appointment at Pulaski Health Center.
