Corporate Account Executive
Mountainside, NJ

You will be responsible for handling corporate sales in specific assigned markets. Proven corporate sales success in a “customer first environment” is crucial. Your desire and effort is vital, and will drive the success of your sales.

Responsibilities include:
· Forecasting monthly sales
· Daily activity goals, including customer appointments and teleprospecting.
· Writing and presenting proposals
· Educate yourself on your assigned markets’ needs
· Meeting minimum Sales Goals
· Customer relationship management using Saleslogix software.
· Conducting site tours
· Participation in trade shows and networking events for your assigned markets. Some travel may be required.
· Conducting year end reviews with existing customers to project next year’s needs

Minimum qualifications include:
· Excellent interpersonal / communication skills
· Demonstrated skills selling intangible services
· Demonstrated skills at identifying sales opportunities
· Strong closing skills
· Computer literate
· Strong business writing skills
· Professional appearance
· Self starter / Self motivator
· Ability to multi-task
· Corporate Sales experience required
· Understanding of the printing, digital printing and / or variable data business is helpful

This position includes a substantial base salary plus expenses, commissions and bonus.
Pre-Press Manager
Westfield, NJ
Full-Time

Your experience with the latest in state-of-the-art digital processes, pre press and technology coupled with superior management skills will be a significant addition to our existing management team.

Digital print experience is required but we will train the right person on our specific equipment. This is a great career opportunity with a fast growing company. It will allow you to work with state of the art equipment in our production headquarters.  We need a quality-oriented management professional to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, team environment. Some of the job responsibilities are:
·Oversee Pre Press, Digital Print and Quality Assurance divisions
·Oversee & coordinate production within department
·Job Tracking
·Review Departmental Measures
·Quality control
·Personnel management – conflict resolution, performance reviews, etc
·Interviewing
·Communication with Sales, Facilitation and Production
·Maintenance and troubleshooting of hardware and software resources
·Check and schedule incoming jobs
·Schedule employees

·Oversee departmental measures
·Interaction w/internal & external clients

Some of the job knowledge requirements are:
·Degree in Graphic Design/Communications field or seven years industry
  experience
·Previous Management experience
·Experience with MAC and PC platforms
·Microsoft Office Software
·Variable Data and One To One Printing
·Creo RIP, E.F.I. workflow
·Pageflex, Web Design
