Bill, it has been a little over 2 years since we started using your PowerUp products. To start with we have reduced our grease consumption approximately 50%. We used to experience about 3 bearing failures per year. Sicne using your products we have not had one bearing or grease related failure.
I have two spacific applications I would like to talk about. One is the pollow block bearings on our primary sludge pump. We were greasing once a week and now we grease this application once ever two mouths. The second application is our primary cleafier drive sproket & chain. We were greasing this application once a week and now grease it once a month. You can see in the picture the chain & sprocket is constnually being washed by the waste water. The thixogrease product does not wash off.
As for your PowerUp NNL690-G universal fortifier we have all of our vehicles treated: this includes the engine, transmission, differentials & hydraulics. Since using the NNL690-G we have not had any mechanical problems. Thank you for introducing your products to the Village of Coleman.
