**Team Rosters must be submitted before the drawing. Managers can make adjustments prior to the start of the first game**

Tournament prizes are as followed:
Tournament payouts will be prorated and based on 24 men's, 12 women's and 12 co-ed teams.
Por La Gente reserves the right to change the format based on number of teams entered.

Managers:

I agree to pay the tournament entry fee, in doing so, my team members and I will follow all the rules set forth by the tournament committee. I am also responsible for informing my team members of the tournament rules. I understand that unsportsmanlike conduct will NOT be tolerated and my team, along with our fans will extend a common courtesy to everyone involved in this event. I also realize that if tournament umpires eject any of our players from the game, they will also be ejected from the tournament, but they MUST also leave the premises.

Por La Gente Association will not be held responsible for any injuries that may occur to any player(s) as a result of participating in this event. PLG is not liable for any personal items that may be damaged, destroyed or stolen at this tournament.

**REMINDER** Por La Gente will be providing softball bats for tournament competition. All teams participating in the tournament will use PLG bats.
