We love our food and think you will too. But we know that everyone's taste buds are different! My mother loves red beets and rhubarb but I can't stand either one! We know we can't please 100% of our guests 100% of the time! But we spend a lot of time testing and tasting our recipes to assure the entrées have great quality, texture and taste. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your meal, please let us know within 30 days and we will replace your entrée with a different selection of equal value from our current month's menu.

Our entrées have become so popular with boaters that we now have a special "Anchors Away" entrée program. Watch for this symbol Φ on our menus. It indicates that the entrée is easy to prepare in your Boat or RV kitchen. Entrées are made on stovetop or grill. Just think, all you need to make each entrée is in one easy stow and go package!

If you're cooking from scratch it usually takes 30 minutes or more to prepare an entrée at home - just deciding what to make takes time! And then there is the hunt for the recipe, digging out the ingredients, chopping, dicing, etc. Not to mention time spent SHOPPING! You can save hours a week using Prepped & Ready - time you can instead spend with your family!
The average cost of a meal taken “to go” at a casual dining chain restaurant is now over $8.00 per person. Last time I ate at a fast food restaurant my quarter pounder with cheese, fries and soda cost over $6! And you know how much the grocery store charges for two plain chicken breasts! Can all the entrees be frozen?
Yes, we carefully test all of our recipes to make sure they freeze and thaw well! All entrées are packaged in freezer grade Ziploc storage bags that will keep them safe in your freezer for months. They are then packaged in bio-degradable white boxes. We encourage you to recycle your Ziploc bags. Just wash them in soapy water - even if you don't want to use them to store food they are great for storing other things! Think green!
How will I know how to cook my entrées at home? Each box is labled with easy to following cooking instructions. These are NOT pop in the oven TV dinners. What fun would that be? You will need to do some cooking at home but the instructions are easy to follow and even inexperienced cooks can do it. You might even learn a new cooking technique or two!
